in Lots 24 and 25 of The Villas at Hilltop according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 352, Page 603 of the St. Louis County Records, City of Olivette, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject properties has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement in Lots 24
and 25 of The Villas at Hilltop as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibits “A” and “A-2” and made a part hereof is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 2006.
