from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for the construction of primary and secondary
power supply lines, a dual substation and appurtenances for Missouri River
Treatment Plant Improvements (Electrical Supply) (99076D), in the City of
Maryland Heights, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
Utility Agreement with Union Electric Company d/b/a AmerenUE for the aforesaid
construction.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Sum of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for the construction of
primary and secondary power supply lines, a dual substation and appurtenances for
Missouri River Treatment Plant Improvements (Electrical Supply) (99077D),
(99076D), in the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a Utility Agreement with Union Electric Company d/b/a AmerenUE for the
construction of primary and secondary power supply lines, a dual substation and
appurtenances for Missouri River Treatment Plant Improvements (Electrical
Supply) (99076D), in the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2006.
