land in the Fractional Section 33 and U.S. Survey 1920, Township 46 North, Range
6 East according to Deed Book 7875, Page 1009-18 of the St. Louis County Records,
in the City of Overland, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The ten-foot (10’) wide easement in the above said tract
of land as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked
Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2006.
