Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with XL Contracting, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Derhake
#990 Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) (2006074), in the City of Florissant,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12250, adopted July 6, 2006, appropriated
the funding for this Infrastructure Repair project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with XL Contracting, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Derhake #990 Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) (2006074), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 6th day of
November 2006.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall provide for a fee not to exceed Seventy-seven Thousand Dollars ($77,000.00),
and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 2007.
