AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten-foot (10’) wide easement located in
Lot 14 of Drury Acres Plat Two, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 354, Page 554 of the St. Louis County Records, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement and this District has no further use for
said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said Lot 14 of
Drury Acres Plat Two as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation
Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 2007.
