AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide
easement located in adjusted Lot 8 of Green Park Commerce Center Phase I
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 347, Page 680 of the St.
Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said
adjusted Lot 8 of Green Park Commerce Center Phase I as shown hachured on
the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 2007.
