AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten-foot (10’) wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 12703, Page 2073 and located in part of Lot 102 of Maryland
Heights Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 11, Page 14 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Maryland
Heights, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement and this District has no further use for
said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said Lot 102 of
Maryland Heights Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 2007.
