Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Midwest Trenching & Excavating, Inc. for the construction of storm
sewers in Prendergast #1745 Storm Sewer Repair (Infrastructure Repair)
(2005081), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12250, adopted July 6, 2006, appropriated
the funding for this Infrastructure Repair project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Midwest Trenching & Excavating, Inc. for the construction of
storm sewers in Prendergast #1745 Storm Sewer Repair (Infrastructure Repair)
(2005081), in St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 14th day of November 2006.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall provide for a fee not to exceed Ninety-six Thousand Dollars ($96,000.00), and
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office
of the General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 2007.
