HomeMy Public PortalAbout12394O R D I N A N C E NO. 12394 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eight Hundred Eighty-six Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($886,300.00) from the General Fund for the procurement of web-based Enterprise GIS, software licenses, training and technical support, hardware and operating systems, and Oracle software, and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into the contracts with Environmental Services Research Institute (ESRI); IBM Direct c/o Edwards Solutions; Lowery Systems; World Wide Technology (WWT) and Mythics respectively, for the procurement of the aforementioned services and equipment. WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT Section One. The sum of Eight Hundred Eighty-six Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($886,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund for the procurement of web-based GIS, software licenses, training and technical support, hardware and operating systems, and Oracle software. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into contracts with Environmental Services Research Institute (ESRI); IBM Direct c/o Edwards Solutions; Lowery Systems World Wide Technology (WWT); and Mythics respectively, for the procurement of web-based GIS, software licenses, training and technical support, hardware and operating systems, and Oracle software. Section Three. The contracts authorized in Section Two of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 2007.
