A RESOLUTTON OF THE CI'TY COUNCTL OF
THE CTTY OF LYNWOOD APPROVTNG THE
RELOCATZON PLAN AND THE REPLACEMENT
· HOUSI'NG PLAN FOR THE HAM PARK
REPLACEI~IENT PRO3ECT
WHEREAS, the Lynwood City Council approved a contract with Universal Field
Services :[nc. for the Ham Park Replacement Project; and
WHEREAS, Del Richardson & Associates is the sub-consultant who prepared the
relocation plan and replacement housing plan; and
WHEREAS, the documents were noticed in local newspapers and available for
public review for thirty (30) days in four (4) public locations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood must adopt the plans in order
to proceed with the Ham Park Replacement Project pursuant to Section 6038 (d) (2)
and 6046 (a) (3) of State Regulations, Title 25, California Code of Regulations Chapter
6, Article 1, Section 6000.
NOW; THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C1TY OF LYNWOOD DOES HEREBY
DECLARE, DETERMINE, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
,Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby adopts
and approves the Relocation Plan and Replacement Housing Plan for the Ham Park
Replacement Project.
