HomeMy Public PortalAbout12399O R D I N A N C E NO. 12399 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($715,000.00) from the Real Property Improvement and Alterations Fund for building and renovation services in Market #2350 Office Renovation - 2005 (2006093), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Tarlton Corporation, whereby Tarlton Corporation will provide said services for the District. WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($715,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real Property Improvement and Alterations Fund for building and renovation services in Market #2350 Office Renovation - 2005 (2006093), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Tarlton Corporation, whereby Tarlton Corporation will provide building and renovation services in Market #2350 Office Renovation - 2005 (2006093) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. Section Three. The contract authorized in Section Two of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 20, 2007.
