AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten-foot (10’) wide easement located in
Lots 65 and 66 of Hi Pointe Addition, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 48 of the St. Louis County records, City
of Clayton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate its rights to the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said Lots 65 and
66 of Hi Pointe Addition Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 20, 2007.
