HomeMy Public PortalAbout12418O R D I N A N C E NO. 12418 AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 12253, as adopted July 6, 2006, by repealing Section Two, and enacting a new Section Two in lieu thereof in order to correct a scrivener’s error in said Section Two pertaining to the annual fee to be paid to the District’s Employee Group Insurance Consultant. WHEREAS, Section Two of Ordinance No. 12253, as adopted July 6, 2006, provided that the annual fee to be paid to the District’s Employee Group Insurance Consultant is Twenty-eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($28,500.00), and said fee should have been specified as Twenty-eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($28,750), NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 12253, as adopted July 6, 2006, is hereby repealed in order to correct a scrivener’s error therein. Section Two. A new Section Two of Ordinance No. 12253 is hereby enacted to read as follows: Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this Ordinance shall provide for an initial term of one (1) year commencing on August 1, 2006, with two (2) additional one-year extension periods to be exercised at the option of the District, at an annual fee of Twenty-eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($28,750.00), and such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 26, 2007.
