AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement recorded in Book 17427,
Page 1712 of the St. Louis County Records being located in Kehrs Mill Trails
Plat 1, Plat Book 164, Page 72 and Kehrs Mill Trails Plat 2, Plat Book 168,
Page78, as recorded in the St. Louis County Records, unincorporated, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District staff request to vacate its rights to the
subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The easement recorded in Book 17427, Page 1712 of
the St. Louis County Records, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 26, 2007.
