AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District
in the fifty-foot (50’) wide street right-of-way of Coventry Courts recorded in
Plat Book 69, Page 12 and vacated by Ordinance No. 1893 of the City of Creve
Coeur, Missouri, as recorded in Deed Book 11316, Page 540 of the St. Louis
County Records, City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement and this District has no further use for
said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. Any right, title or interest of the District in the fifty-
foot (50’) wide street right-of-way easement of Coventry Courts as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A”
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 26, 2007.
