AN ORDINANCE, vacating a two-foot (2’) wide portion of a twelve-
foot (12’) wide easement in Adjusted Lot A of the Summit Lofts, A
Condominium according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 350, Pages
649 through 652 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, City of
Creve Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The two-foot (2’) wide portion of the twelve-foot wide
easement in said Adjusted Lot A of the Summit Lofts, A Condominium in the
Boundary Adjustment Plat of Part of Lots 7, 8, 9 and 15 of the Lake House
Farm Subdivision and all of Trojan Place Addition recorded in Plat Book 348,
Pages 58 and 59 of the St. Louis County Records as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part
thereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 26, 2007.
