AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide
easement located in Lots 41, 42, and 43 of Parc Ridge Estates a subdivision of
Lot “A” in City Block 5616 as recorded in Plat Book 05272005, Page 0080 of
the Recorder of Deeds for the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested that
the District vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said
Lots 41, 42, and 43 of Parc Ridge Estates in City Block 5616 as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A”
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 26, 2007.
