AN ORDINANCE, vacating a variable width easement located in
parts of Lots 4A and 4B of the Villas of Grantwood Condominiums according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 353, Page 967 of the St. Louis County
records, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for
said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The variable width easement located in parts of said
Lots 4A & 4B of the Villas of Grantwood Condominiums as shown hachured on
the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibits “A” and “B” and
made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 2007
