ESTABLISHING A PETTY -CASH FUND FOR THE BOROUGH
OF CARTER] T PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:5-21
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:5-21 a Petty Cash
Fund be established for the Borough. of Carteret upon final approval from the Division of
Local Government Services; and
WHEREAS, said Petty Cash Fund will be maintained and accounted for by the
Purchasing Department in the amount of $400.00; and
WHEREAS, the Custodian of said fund will be bonded with corporate surety in the
amount of $1,000.00.
Adopted this 2"d day of January, 2024
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 3, 2024.
