REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES
September 3, 1998, 6:00 P.M.
Truckee Donner Public Utility District Board Room

1. CALL TO ORDER - Chair Florian called the Special Redevelopment Agency meeting to order
at 6:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Agency Members: Drake, McCormack, Schneider, Susman, & Chair Florian
ALSO PRESENT: Stephen L. Wright, Executive Director; J. Dennis Crabb, Agency
Attorney; and Jim Smith, Staff Assistant
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE was led by Dennis Zirbel
4. PUBLIC COMMENTS - None
5. PRESENTATIONS - None
6. CONSENT CALENDAR (One motion approved the following)
Motion by Member McCormack to approve the Consent Calendar, Seconded by Member
Drake, passed unanimously.
6.1 Minutes of August 20, 1998 Special Agency Meeting.
7. IMMEDIATE PRIORITIES
7.1 Agency Authorization to Submit Report to the Town Council, Final Redevelopment Plan
EIR, and Redevelopment Plan to the Planning Commission and Town Council for Review, and
Agency Adoption of Owner Participation Rules, Recommendation: 1) Agency approve
Resolution 98-05 authorizing the submittal of the Final Redevelopment Plan EIR and the
Redevelopment Plan to the Town Council and Planning Commission; and 2) Approve Resolution
98-06 Adopting Owner Participation Rules.
Motion by Agency Member Drake to approve Resolutions 98-05 and 98-06, Seconded by
Agency Member Susman, passed unanimously.

9. AGENCY MEMBER REPORTS - None
10. ADJOURNMENT. Chair Florian adjourned the meeting at 6:10 p.m.
