°A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
FOR CERTAIN PARCELS FROM OUTDOOR COMMERCIAL (OC) AND URBAN
RESIDENTIAL (UR) DISTRICT TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC) DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Zoning Map designates certain adjacent properties commonly Known as 715 and
725 North 10tt' Street and 0 and 1025 North H Street, all in Richmond, Indiana, and
each legally described as follows, to wit:
725 North I Oth Street: LOT 8 C & °SCB EX 415 FT E END LOT 7 144 °FT X 78/100
FT OFF N SIDE LOT 8
715 North le Street: LOT 9 C & S C f3
as Outdoor Commercial (OC) District, as described on Exhibit A; and
0 North H Street: LOTS 18 & 19 C& S C B
1025 North H Street: 22 112 fT LOT 17 C & S C B
as Urban Residential (UR) District, also as described on Exhibit A; and;
WHEREAS, It is desirable to change the zoning designations to General Commercial (GC) District
to allow the properties to be used for retail sales.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
the zoning designations of the above -described properties are changed to a General Commercial
(GC) District.
