A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE VIRGINIA AVE. (STATE TO LINDBERGH) AND
JOSEPHINE ST., (BULLIS TO MURIEL), STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
PROJECT NO. 05-5299, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on March 1, 2005, the City Council awarded a contract to
Ranco Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the project started on April 18, 2005, and was completed on
June 5, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $348,166.68; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on June 13, 2005 and
found that all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans and
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood City Council DOES HEREBY FIND,
PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. That the Lynwood City Council accepts the Virginia Ave. and
Josephine St. Street Improvement Project, Project No. 05-5299, as being
complete and in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
