A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE
MACTEC'S CONTRACT FOR THE
PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
CONTRACT AMENDMENT
AMENDMENT TO
DESIGN OF THE
SYSTEM AND
EXECUTE THE
WHEREAS, City Council
October 25, 2004 for the preparation
Management System; and
awarded a contract to MACTEC on
and upgrading of the City's Pavement
WHEREAS, MACTEC was directed to prepare additional work in
association with the Pavement Management System; and
WHEREAS, said work was beyond the original scope of work and
MACTEC has requested $3,200 for said work.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
