A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY AND THE DEVELOPER OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 11316-
11320 ATLANTIC AVENUE RELATIVE TO PARCEL MAP NO. 60242
WHEREAS, the development at 11316-11320 Atlantic Avenue
requires the preparation and recordation of Parcel Map No. 60242; and
WHEREAS, the developer of said development has posted a surety
bond in the amount of $34,132 to guarantee completion of off-site improvements
required by Parcel Map No. 60242; and
WHEREAS, said surety bond has been checked and verified.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Agreement
between the City and Alfaisal Haroon, the developer of the property located at
11316-11320 Atlantic Avenue.
