A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SEND OUT REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR
THE NEW STREET SWEEPING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City's existing street sweeping contract is
scheduled to expire on December 31, 2005 with no provision for extension; and
WHEREAS, to allow sufficient time to prepare, send out and review
proposals, staff requests authorization to send out Requests for Proposals for
street sweeping services.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council authorizes staff to prepare and
send out Request for Proposal for street sweeping services.
