COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, NOVEMBER 4, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The November 4, 2013, City Council “Pre-Meeting” Meeting was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schulte, and Scrivner
Arrived Late: Carroll (5:48 P.M.)
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilwoman Carroll explained that she had requested that Resolution RS2013-32
(smoking in Capitol building) be removed from the agenda after last Thursday’s Brown
Bagel meeting due to an error in scheduling. The group who had requested the
resolution had indicated that it should have been scheduled for the November 18
meeting rather than the November 4 meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
