A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
THE FINAL PAYMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO FRANCISCO R.
JOSEPH & ASSOCIATES FOR HOUSING REHABILITATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood Redevelopment Agency administers an
Affordable Housing Program with funding from the Home Investment Partnership
(HOME) Program pursuant to Section 24 CFR, Part 92 of the Federal Regulations; and,
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency has contracted with Francisco R.
Joseph & Associates for professional services to administer the Affordable Housing
Program; and,
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency has accepted the resignation letter of
Francisco R. Joseph & Associates for professional services; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Lynwood Redevelopment Agency does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the Redevelopment Agency make final payment for the months
including June, July and August which will not exceed $40,000 to Francisco R. Joseph &
Associates for providing Housing Rehabilitation Services for the Affordable Housing
Program and funded under the Home Investment Partnership (HOME) Program.
Section 2. This Resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 2005.
