RIGHT TO KNOW (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY STATUTORY RIGHT OF
ACCESS, AS APPLICABLE). THIS REQUEST IS ALSO MADE PURSUANT TO THE RIGHTS OF
THE REQUESTOR PROVIDED IN THE FLORIDA CONSTITUTION.
