APPOINTING LUCILLE MOSS TEMPORARY PART-TIME ASSISTANT
VIOLATIONS CLERK IN THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, because of absences, the Municipal Court of the Borough of
Carteret will be temporarily short staffed; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Temporary Part-Time Assistant Violations
Clerk in the Municipal Court of the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of the Borough to fill said position;
and
WHEREAS, Lucille Moss, former Deputy Court Clerk of the Borough of
Carteret, has shown an interest in accepting said position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, does hereby appoint
LUCILLE MOSS
Temporary Assistant Violations Clerk in the Municipal Court of the Borough
of Carteret, to work ten (10) hours weekly, at an hourly salary of $16.62, effective
irmnediately.
Adopted this 18th day of April, 2002
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on April 19, 2002.
