APPOINTING MUNICIPAL PUBLIC DEFENDERS
WHEREAS, there is a need for Public Defenders in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that
JOHN PARVIN
FRIC SCHWAB, Alternate
THOMAS KOEHL, Alternate
are hereby appointed Public Defenders for the Borough of Carteret, effective
immediately; term to expire December 31, 2024.
Adopted this 18d' day of January, 2024
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 19, 2024.
