A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE,
FLORIDA; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH METRO-DADE COUNTY
OFFICE OF COMPUTER SERVICES AND INFORMATION
SYSTEMS FOR PUBLIC ACCESS COMPUTER SERVICE TO
COUNTY RECORDS AND RELATED SERVICES AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an
agreement with Metro -Dade County Office of Computer Services and
Information Systems for Public Access Computer Service to County
Records and related services.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of August, 1992.
