AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI , AMENDING THE 2013-2014
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI , BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated from the Genera l Fund Balance to
the Non -Departmental ALPLA Settlement account , $50,000 .00 as indicated on Exhibit A , attached
hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
