AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into an agreement with the St. Louis County, Missouri to specify the
terms and conditions under which the District may use the following private
roadway, Westerman Road, within St. Louis County, Missouri, and to grant St.
Louis County, Missouri an easement for access to Simpson Park and
conditional use of Grand Glaize Parkway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into an agreement with St. Louis County, Missouri to specify the terms
and conditions under which the District may use the following private roadway,
Westerman Road, within St. Louis County, Missouri. and to grant St. Louis
County, Missouri an easement for access to Simpson Park and conditional use
of Grand Glaize Parkway.
Section Two. The agreement and easement documents authorized
in Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 2007.
