AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide
easement in adjusted Lot 11 of the boundary adjustment plat of Lots 1 and 11
of Chesterfield Commons East according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 354, Pages 1 and 2 of the St. Louis County, City of Chesterfield, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of the ten-foot (10’) wide easement in
said Lot 11 of the boundary adjustment plat of Lot 1 and 11 of Chesterfield
Commons East as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”,
and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 2007.
