AN ORDINANCE, vacating all that part of a twenty-foot (20’) wide
easement located in a tract of land being Lot 4, Block 3 and a portion of a
twenty-foot (20’) wide easement located in a tract of land being Lot 8, Block 4 of
Tuxedo Park, as recorded in Deed Book 205, Page 226 of the St. Louis County
records, in the City of Webster Groves, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement and said portion, and this District has
no further use for said easement and portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The twenty-foot (20’) wide easement in Lot 4, Block 3
of Tuxedo Park as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”
and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
Section Two. That portion of a twenty-foot (20’) wide easement in
said Lot 8, Block 4 of Tuxedo Park, excepting there from the eastern five feet
(5’) as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked
Exhibit “B” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 2007.
