AN ORDINANCE, vacating various easements in Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4
of The Resubdivision of “Hill-Sea Terrace” a subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 214, Page 23 and part of Lot 1 of “Prilwetz
Subdivision” a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded Plat Book 45,
Page 36, and part of Lot 2 of the “Subdivision of John Reichardt’s Estate”
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 200 of the St. Louis
County Records, City of Crestwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate these portions of the subject easements and this District has
no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of these various subject easements as
recorded in Plat Book 214, Page 23; Plat Book 45, Page 36; and Plat Book 1,
Page 200, and shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and
marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9, 2007.
