AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a five-feet (5’) wide
easement located in Adjusted Parcel ‘C’ of the Boundary Adjustment Plat, part
of Lot 1 and all of Lots 5, 6 and 7 of “Christian Village” according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 345, Page 53 of the St. Louis County Records, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portions of a five-foot (5’) wide easement in said
Adjusted Parcel ‘C’ of the Boundary Adjustment Plat, part of Lot 1 and all of Lots
5, 6 and 7 of “Christian Village” as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibits “A-1” and “A-2” and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 2007.
