AN ORDINANCE, vacating a variable width easement located in Lot
17 of Chesterfield Ridge according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 350,
Pages 371-372 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, City of
Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of a variable width easement in said Lot
17 of Chesterfield Ridge as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 2007.
