AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifteen-foot (15’) wide to a
thirty-foot (30’) wide variable width easement located in Lot 8 of the South
Lindbergh Business Center according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
286, Pages 16 thru 18 of the St. Louis County, City of Green Park, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of a fifteen-foot (156’) wide to thirty-foot
(30’) wide variable width easement in said South Lindbergh Business Center as
shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat” and marked
Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 2007.
