AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a one hundred twenty-four
feet (124’) wide easement with a twenty-foot (20’) wide portion to remain in
part of Lot ‘A’ of Afshari Estates Plat 13 Condominium and Commercial Lots,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 193, Page 54 of the St. Louis
County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of the one hundred twenty-four foot
(124’) wide easement in said part of Lot ‘A’ of Afshari Estates Plat 13
Condominium and Commercial Lots as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and as described by the
legal description marked Exhibit “B” and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 2007.
