Seven Hundred Twenty-three and 41/100 Dollars ($583,723.41) from the Sanitary
Replacement Fund for the CSO Long-Term Control Plan Public Participation
Program Project (2007238); and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12491, adopted August 9, 2007 authorized
the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into said contract with Vector Communications for the
CSO Long-Term Control Plan Public Participation Program Project (2007238).
WHEREAS, due to a scrivener’s error the appropriation language was
omitted from Ordinance No. 12491, adopted August 9, 2007, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Eighty-three Thousand Seven
Hundred Twenty-three and 41/100 Dollars ($583,723.41) is hereby appropriated
from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for the CSO Long-Term Control Plan Public
Participation Program Project (2007238).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take affect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 2007.
