Thirty-four Thousand Dollars ($634,000.00) as appropriated by Ordinance No.
12151, adopted January 12, 2006, for the Coldwater Treatment Plant
Improvements (99077) to the Sanitary Replacement Fund balance, and
appropriating Six Hundred Thirty-four Thousand Dollars ($634,000.00) from the
Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for project costs for the construction of
Coldwater Treatment Plant Improvements (99077); in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12223, adopted June 8, 2006, appropriated
the initial funding for and authorized the contract for Coldwater Treatment Plant
Improvements (99077), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Thirty-four Thousand Dollars
($634,000.00) is hereby transferred from funds as appropriated by Ordinance No.
12151, adopted January 12, 2006, for the Coldwater Treatment Plant
Improvements (99077) to the Sanitary Replacement Fund balance, and the sum of
Six Hundred Thirty-four Thousand Dollars ($634,000.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for project costs for the
construction of the Coldwater Treatment Plant Improvements (99077), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 10, 2008.
