Thousand Dollars ($520,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to reimburse
Citadel Construction Management, LLC for the costs of construction of sanitary
sewers as undertaken by Citadel Construction Management, LLC in Black Creek
Sanitary Relief (Highway 40 to Wenlou Drive) Phase I (2002103A) in the City of
Clayton, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Citadel Construction Management, LLC whereby the District will reimburse
Citadel Construction Management, LLC for the construction of said sanitary
sewers.
WHEREAS, Citadel Construction Management, LLC has undertaken
the construction of said sanitary sewers on the District’s behalf, and
WHEREAS, the District is willing to reimburse Citadel Construction
Management, LLC for the costs of said sanitary sewers, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars
($520,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to
reimburse Citadel Construction Management, LLC for the costs of construction of
sanitary sewers as undertaken by Citadel Construction Management, LLC in Black
Creek Sanitary Relief (Highway 40 to Wenlou Drive) Phase I (2002103A) in the City
of Clayton, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Citadel Construction Management, LLC whereby the District
will reimburse Citadel Construction Management, LLC for the cost of construction
of sanitary sewers as undertaken by Citadel Construction Management, LLC in
Black Creek Sanitary Relief (Highway 40 to Wenlou Drive) Phase I (2002103A) in
the City of Clayton, Missouri; said contract to be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
