AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide
easement located in Lot 33 of Connie Lee Acres Subdivision according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 49 of the St. Louis County Records,
City of Ballwin, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said
Lot 33 of Connie Lee Acres Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 10, 2008.
