14, 2006 and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof prescribing the salary of the
Secretary-Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 12361 adopted December 14, 2006, is
hereby repealed.
Section Two. The salary of the Secretary-Treasurer shall be One
Hundred Forty-one Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-three Dollars ($141,993.00),
per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments, on and after October 1, 2007.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 14, 2008.
