AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with the United States Geological Survey (USGS) whereby the United
States Geological Survey will provide the District with bi-annual digital aerial
photography and ortho photo coverage of the City of St. Louis and St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the aforesaid digital ortho photo coverage will be used by
the District to update current District impervious information,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with the United States Geological Survey whereby the United
States Geological Survey will provide the District with bi-annual digital aerial
photography and ortho photo coverage of the City of St. Louis and St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
