Ninety-seven Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-three and 50/100 Dollars
($497,223.50) as appropriated by Ordinance No. 11574, adopted September 11,
2003, for the Lower Meramec River Wastewater System Improvements Lift Station
Coarse Screens Procurement (95066L1) to the Sanitary Replacement Fund balance,
and appropriating Four Hundred Ninety-seven Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-
three and 50/100 Dollars ($497,223.50) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be
used for project costs for the Lower Meramec River System Improvements – Lift
Station (95066L); in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11574, adopted September 11, 2003,
appropriated the initial funding for and authorized the contract for the procurement
of Coarse Screens as part of the Lower Meramec River System Improvements – Lift
Station (95066L1), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Ninety-seven Thousand Two
Hundred Twenty-three and 50/100 Dollars ($497,223.50) is hereby transferred from
funds as appropriated by Ordinance No. 11574, adopted September 11, 2003, for the
Lower Meramec River System Improvements – Lift Station (95066L) to the
Sanitary Replacement Fund balance, and the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-seven
Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-three and 50/100 Dollars ($497,223.50) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for project costs for
the Lower Meramec River System Improvements – Lift Station (95066L), in
unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 2008.
