AN ORDINANCE, vacating a thirty-foot (30’) wide easement located in Lot
15 of Clay Cliff Estates according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 117, Page 89
of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Town & Country, St. Louis County,
Missouri; for the project known as Topping 210’ S. of Timmor Court (Lot 15, Clay Cliff
Estates).
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further
use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The thirty-foot (30’) wide easement in said Lot 15 of Clay
Cliff Estates as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked
Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 2008.
