O R D I N A N C E NO. 12616
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten-foot (10’) wide easement recorded in
Deed Book 5905, Page 348 located in Lot A of Frost Industrial Park according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 142, Page 99 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City
of Berkeley, St. Louis County, Missouri; for the project known as Eva Wabash Sanitary
Relief Phase l.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use
for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10’) wide easement as recorded in Deed Book
5905, Page 348 located in said Lot A of Frost Industrial Park as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 2008.
