AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of the ten-foot (10’) wide easement
and right-of-way easement originally created on “Denny Lane Court Plat One,” recorded
in Plat Book 295, Page 99, and a portion of the easements dedicated to The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District recorded in Plat book 204 page 88, of the St. Louis County
records, in the City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri; for the project known as
Denny Lane Court.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use
for said portion,
WHEREAS, all other easements dedicated to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by instruments recorded on the “Resubdivision of Lots 1, 2, & 3 of Denny
Lane Court Plat One” in Plat Book 355 page 278 and easement dedicated to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District in Plat Book 59 page 52 will remain in place.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten-foot (10’) wide easement and right-of-
way easement originally created on “Denny Lane Plat One,” recorded in Plat book 295
page 99, City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri and a portion of the easements
dedicated to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District in Plat book 204 page 88, City of
Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat,” and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 2008.
